Online Order

• It is easy and convenient shopping at your fingertips and is available everyday 24/7.
• Once you have selected your item, just click on the product picture and BUY NOW Button.
• You can continue to make your purchase by repeating the steps until you have finished with your shopping.
• Fill up your particulars and click SUBMIT button.
• We will contact you within 24 hours through e-mail and sms for payment advice.
• We will deliver your order immediately once we have received the payment.

• Wish to know more information? Dislike the hassle of online order? Just give us a call at 96927244 and we will take it from there.

E-mail Order

• You can also e-mail us your orders and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our e-mail address is orders@joliemoms.com

Confirmation

• We will send confirmation to you via e-mail & sms before your order is being shipped. Once order is being processed and sent out, we do not allow any cancellation/alteration.

.: Payment Methods

Payment by cash

You can pay in cash (S$) if you choose to self collect the merchandise you have ordered at our place. Arrangement can also be made with JolieMoms staff on where to collect the merchandise and make payment.

Payment by Cheque

Personal cheque are another acceptable form of payment. Please quote your invoice number and name at the back of the cheque.

When paying by cheque, allow 3 working days for your cheque to clear before delivery your order.

Direct Bank-Ins

Alternatively, you can choose to bank in the purchase amount to the designated DBS/POSB Bank via ATM or Home Access Internet.

Once you have made your order, we will e-mail to inform you about the account to be bank in.

Please e-mail to orders@joliemoms.com to inform us that you have done the transfer.

.: Mode of Delivery

Self Collection

Self collection can be arranged within the vicinity of Jurong. Orders for self-collection items will be held on reserve for 2 weeks only.

Local Mail by Singapore Post

Order usually arrives within 5 days from date of ordering. All orders will only be processed AFTER payment has been received. Postage will be advised for the pregnancy kits if the orders are not stated in the website.

Local Courier

Order usually arrives within 5 days from date of ordering.

No deliveries over weekend or after office hours (after 6pm). Outside stated hours, there will be a $10 chargeable fee.

Delivery to A Different Address

If you need your order to be delivered to another address other than that of your billing address, simply input the different address at the delivery information page.

.: Returns & Exchange Procedures

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your item. Please quote your purchase order number for validation.
• Intimate maternity & nursing wear, swimwear and clearance/ hot items cannot be exchanged.
• Please send us an email stating :
• Your Full Name
• Your Delivery Address
• Your contact number
• Purchase Order Number
• Reason for Exchange
• Exchange to “New Item Number”
• Please ensure that the required information is enclosed to help us expedite the process.
• Each customer is only limited to one exchange. Goods can be exchanged for a different size pending availability. Should the same item be unavailable for exchange, a different item can be selected. If the value of the exchanged item is higher, buyer will need to cover the difference is price. However, if lower, no refunds will be entertained.
• Goods sold are not refundable for cash but value can be used in subsequent purchases.
• Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges of returned products have to borne by buyer, irrespective of reason, for an accepted return. In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, JolieMoms will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item.
• Returning an item is only permissible if the item is not worn, altered, laundered or damaged in any manner, complete with the sale tag and plastic bag attached. If the following conditions are not met, JolieMoms reserve the right to refuse any action on the item. The item will duly return to sender via normal mail.
• It is advised that you send the returned item by registered mail to ensure that it reaches us. JolieMoms is not responsible for loss of return item enroute to us.
